Meet the Founder — Driving PATH Ministry Forward

A husband, father, and disciple of Jesus Christ, Darrell Pollard is an ordained and licensed minister through the National Association of Christian Ministers (NACM). His ordination reflects a commitment to spiritual accountability and integrity in ministry.

He founded PATH Ministry in August 2024 with a passion to see both men and women transformed by God’s Word and the power of the Holy Spirit. His life and calling reflect a deep commitment to biblical truth, discipleship, and the pursuit of holiness in Christ.

With years of experience serving in men’s ministry, prayer ministry, and discipleship leadership across several churches in Louisiana and Texas, Darrell has preached, taught, and mentored others—equipping men to discover their identity in Christ and to walk in spiritual freedom. His ministry journey has included leading men’s discipleship studies, altar prayer, intercessory prayer, and training in pastoral care and crisis support.

He currently serves as a Care Minister and Encourager at The Bayou Church in Lafayette, Louisiana, walking alongside individuals and families through prayer, discipleship, and compassionate care within the local church community.

Through PATH Ministry, this calling continues—guiding believers into a growing relationship with Christ, grounded in Scripture and empowered by the Spirit, with the goal of raising up disciple-makers who lead faithfully in their homes, churches, and communities.
